President and Co-Owner
Kyle started his career as an accountant for the CPA firm KPMG, working with many fortune 500 companies. Along with Bryant, he's owned and operated a property management company for 9 years helping the company to establish good business systems and a professional team of employees. He has earned an accounting degree from California State University Long Beach, graduating as the class Outstanding Graduate. Kyle and his wife enjoy raising their two daughters.

Bryant genuinely cares about our clients‘ success and our tenants’ well being. He extended Real Property Management‘s reach to Orange County in 2007 continuing TrueDoor Property Management 25 year history of growth and expansion. Bryant has been in the real estate industry for the past 11 years. Serving as a Loan Officer for five years and participating in hundreds of real estate transactions, Bryant is well versed in the mortgage and real estate world. Bryant not only operates a property management company but is an active real estate investor as well. He has earned a Master degree from the University of Southern California in Real Estate Development and a Bachelors degree from California State University, Fullerton in Communications-Advertising and an Associates Degree from Brigham Young University.
Residential & Commercial Property Manager
Tahnee's background includes several years of owning and operating a successful termite business in Northern California with her ex husband. Tahnee is also a real estate agent licensed in the State of California since 2003. Tahnee has taken her property management experience a step further and acquired her Property Management and HUD certifications through the state of California.
Tahnee oversees all maintenance, and property turnover activities for properties, includes communication with owners, tenants and vendors to coordinate work, performs, pre-move out and final walk thrus on all properties, interfacing with HOA's on owner or tenant issues, attend HOA meetings if necessary, approve all vendor invoices for payments, coordinate all move out tenant expenses and delivers 3-day notices to tenants. As leasing agent Tahnee is part of the rotation to take all leasing call within her property profile. Other duties include: showing properties, screening potential tenants, running credit reports, and writing leases. Tahnee is also a proud mother of three lovely children.
Hendy is an experienced property manager having managed large apartment buildings down to the individual home. Hendy has his Real Estate License. Having worked in the industry for over five years Hendy has seen it all. Hendy loves soccer and billards and spending time with his friends and family. Hendy is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet and if you don’t believe me just ask his dog Oneil.
Jessica has over 7 years of small business and customer service experience. In 2013, she became an Irvine Property Management team member. In becoming a licensed Realtor, Jessica strives to continue to gain more knowledge of the Real Estate and Property Management world. She prides herself in her friendly and kindhearted approach to clients, as well as other employees. Jessica started off as an assistant property manager and moved her way into our accounting department.
Mike Honeycutt was born and raised in Orange County, after graduating from Marina High School in Huntington Beach he joined the US Coast Guard where he completed electrician school. After 4 years of service and a commercial electrician job he joined a contracting company and worked his way up to project manager. In 2010 after a few years of managing successful remodel projects he earned his contractors license and began remolding apartment units for companies like The Irvine Company or Essex Property Management. Now armed with the proper knowledge from years of experience in construction, Mike takes care of all of the homes like they where his own and provides great in site on making sure your home is properly taken care of.
Natalie gets to deal with some pretty difficult situations, yet she is one of the happiest people we know. New York City native Natalie Otero has been with IPM's new owner's since 2010. Natalie heads up the service department and ensures that all of IPM’s properties service needs are met. Natalie works with the property managers to ensure any vacant property is rent ready for new tenants. Natalie also handles all after hour service calls. Natalie is currently working on completing her college degree and in her spare time loves to travel.
Smart, fast, and efficient. Eric Guzic graduated in 2006 from USC with a bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration. Has been in real estate since graduation, earning his broker’s license along the way. Uses his extensive knowledge of real estate to successfully act as Property Manager at TrueDoor Property Management.
Gaby Gutierrez graduated from California Baptist University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. She started working as a Junior Property Manager for TrueDoor in October, 2017. While waiting for her acceptance into nursing school, Gaby strives to provide excellent customer service with all of our owners and residents. She is an amazing member of our team
Sandra has been in customer service for a little over 8 years. She ran an online store by the age of 17 including but not limited to sales, inventory and shipping. Sandra moved to Southern California on her own by 19 to begin her 5 year career at Disney. She is self motivated and always striving to improve. She is a stepmother of a wonderful kid and loves spending time with her little family. Sandra started as a property inspector and moved into maintenance coordinator within 6 months and is learning more about the business everyday.
Bette has over 20 years of experience in customer service and strives to give each and everyone she interacts with a customer experience that they cannot find elsewhere. She is bilingual, completely fluent in English/Spanish, which is a huge asset in our area and industry. Bette prides herself in her attention to detail, her Jedi-like multi-tasking skills and her ability to communicate with others effectively. In 2017, she became a TrueDoor Management team member and is currently working on getting her Real Estate license. Bette strives to gain more knowledge of the business and become an even greater asset to the TrueDoor Management team. She is a proud mom of 2, one who is currently attending school to become a music teacher and the other who is proudly serving our country in the Marine Corps. In her free time, she likes to volunteer at her church and in the community, loves to spend time with her family and friends, and loves all things Disney related - especially Disneyland.
Solving complex accounting problems, makes her smile. Alisha is a California native, who graduated from University of California, Los Angeles Extension. Alisha started off as a Junior Property Manager at TrueDoor Property Management and moved her way on up to our Accounting Department. Alisha is a professional at dealing with questions owners and tenants may have regarding tenant ledgers and owner statements.
Richard has been in customer service for over 12 years. He started in fast food and quickly worked his way into a management position. Richard moved to Southern California 3 years ago for his wife's career. He is currently pursuing his real estate license. When not working Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 dogs at the beach.
