President and Co-Owner
Kyle started his career as an accountant for the CPA firm KPMG, working with many fortune 500 companies. Along with Bryant, he's owned and operated a property management company for 9 years helping the company to establish good business systems and a professional team of employees. He has earned an accounting degree from California State University Long Beach, graduating as the class Outstanding Graduate. Kyle and his wife enjoy raising their two daughters.
Broker & Co-owner
Bryant genuinely cares about our clients‘ success and our tenants’ well being. He extended Real Property Management‘s reach to Orange County in 2007 continuing TrueDoor Property Management 25 year history of growth and expansion. Bryant has been in the real estate industry for the past 11 years. Serving as a Loan Officer for five years and participating in hundreds of real estate transactions, Bryant is well versed in the mortgage and real estate world. Bryant not only operates a property management company but is an active real estate investor as well. He has earned a Master degree from the University of Southern California in Real Estate Development and a Bachelors degree from California State University, Fullerton in Communications-Advertising and an Associates Degree from Brigham Young University.
Solving complex accounting problems, makes her smile. Alisha is a California native, who graduated from University of California, Los Angeles Extension. Alisha started off as a Junior Property Manager at TrueDoor Property Management and moved her way on up to our Accounting Department. Alisha is a professional at dealing with questions owners and tenants may have regarding tenant ledgers and owner statements.
Sr. Property Manager
Hendy is an experienced property manager having managed large apartment buildings down to the individual home. Hendy has his Real Estate License. Having worked in the industry for over five years Hendy has seen it all. Hendy loves soccer and billards and spending time with his friends and family. Hendy is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet and if you don’t believe me just ask his dog Oneil.
Sr. Property Manager
Richard has been in customer service for over 12 years. He started in fast food and quickly worked his way into a management position. Richard moved to Southern California 3 years ago for his wife's career. He is currently pursuing his real estate license. When not working Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 dogs at the beach.
Sandra has been in customer service for a little over 8 years. She ran an online store by the age of 17 including but not limited to sales, inventory and shipping. Sandra moved to Southern California on her own by 19 to begin her 5 year career at Disney. She is self motivated and always striving to improve. She is a stepmother of a wonderful kid and loves spending time with her little family. Sandra started as a property inspector and moved into maintenance coordinator within 6 months and is learning more about the business everyday.
Sr. Property Manager
Bette has over 20 years of experience in customer service and strives to give each and everyone she interacts with a customer experience that they cannot find elsewhere. She is bilingual, completely fluent in English/Spanish, which is a huge asset in our area and industry. Bette prides herself in her attention to detail, her Jedi-like multi-tasking skills and her ability to communicate with others effectively. In 2017, she became a TrueDoor Management team member and is currently working on getting her Real Estate license. Bette strives to gain more knowledge of the business and become an even greater asset to the TrueDoor Management team. She is a proud mom of 2, one who is currently attending school to become a music teacher and the other who is proudly serving our country in the Marine Corps. In her free time, she likes to volunteer at her church and in the community, loves to spend time with her family and friends, and loves all things Disney related - especially Disneyland.
Natalie gets to deal with some pretty difficult situations, yet she is one of the happiest people we know. New York City native Natalie Otero has been with IPM's new owner's since 2010. Natalie heads up the service department and ensures that all of IPM’s properties service needs are met. Natalie works with the property managers to ensure any vacant property is rent ready for new tenants. Natalie also handles all after hour service calls. Natalie is currently working on completing her college degree and in her spare time loves to travel.
Always happy to help, Alex is a homegrown Orange County native who values making time for his friends and family. He is always ready for an exciting new backpacking trail or hidden gem to camp out at. A graduate of Cal State Long Beach, Alex is a well-rounded individual and a motivated worker. He specializes in working closely with our tenants on their leasing renewal needs and prides himself on his kindhearted approach to our clients. With his background in consumer affairs and housing, he is truly driven to gain knowledge and flourish in the Property Management community.
Before being part of Irvine Property Management, Mary has been in the contact center industry for 10 years providing quality customer service for several big companies in the country. She ensures all your maintenance requests are taken care of with promptness and accuracy. Her keen attention to details and her genuine care for her responsibilities make her perfect for the Maintenance Coordinator role as she treats every single maintenance request as if it were hers. She receives the maintenance requests and coordinates with the owners, tenants, techs and HOAs and makes sure every request is being addressed as soon as possible.
Business Development Manager
Everybody likes Mike! Mike is fun and has the gift of gab. He has more than 15 years of experience in the termite and pest control industry where he performed countless inspections, treatments, wood replacement, insulation removals and installations, sales, operations, etc. Raised in Orange County, Michael coaches little league baseball in the community where he grew up. In 2014 he joined the RPM team as an inspector but grew into our Business Development Role where he consults property owners on how we can help manage their properties.
Deanne began with Real Property Management as a Front Desk Property Administrator. She is now working on a team as a Property Manager, while actively seeking her Real Estate License. She has over 15 years experience working in Customer Service, with an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her young son; where they like to go to Angel’s Baseball games and explore sunny Southern California together.
Lane is a graduate of Cal State University Long Beach who joined the team in 2019. As a Communications major, she excels in troubleshooting and customer service and there‘s a chance you’ve spoken with her if you‘ve ever called the front desk. She’s been told she has a delightful phone voice but she doesn‘t believe it. If she’s not at work, she’s probably at Disneyland.
Adriana recently joined our office team as the accountant and quickly worked her way up to Admin Department Manager. Adriana graduated from Golden West College with an A.A in Liberal Arts. She enjoys going to museums, concerts, but most of all spending time with her family.
Adriana oversees that the Admin team is working efficiently to provide accurate information for our clients.
Caitlin is in the admin dept. She has years of customer service experience and she is determined to help tenants and owners with whatever they may need. She’s a go-getter so nothing can get in her way. Caitlin is currently working on getting her real estate license. In her free time, she enjoys playing bass, video games and backpacking/camping.
Rylee is a Southern California native who recently joined our team as our Staff Accountant. Rylee oversees the payment of owners and that all ledgers are correct. She is currently working towards earning her degree. She enjoys spending time with her young family, learning about new cultures and loves to be creative.
Jeff is a Jack of all trades. He has been in the Contact Center industry for over 10 years providing customer service and technical support. He coordinates with owners, tenants, techs, vendors, HOAs and home warranty companies with the same endeavor as anyone inside our office. Jeff enjoys his spare time with his family and regularly helps with charity work and feeding programs for children. Currently hooked to wake boarding, he is also a big gamer and guitar player.
I recently joined admin team in February 2020. I have 10 years of customer service experience, I love helping people. I consider myself proactive, always looking to learn new things, and alert to details. Obsessed with corgi dogs, I enjoy poetry, good food, music and laughing with my friends and family.
