The founder of our Inland Empire branch, Alan Hull, began helping Southern California property owners achieve their real estate and financial goals over 40 years ago. With experience in administration and management, Alan’s skills successfully equipped him to offer targeted and personalized property management services to Southern California residents for decades. Our owners, Bryant Hull and Kyle Thompson, opened doors in Orange County in 2007 with the same goal in mind: partner with local property owners to help them get the most out of their properties and generate lasting wealth.

Kyle Thompson

President and Co-Owner

Kyle started his career as an accountant for the CPA firm KPMG, working with many fortune 500 companies. Along with Bryant, he's owned and operated a property management company for 9 years helping the company to establish good business systems and a professional team of employees. He has earned an accounting degree from California State University Long Beach, graduating as the class Outstanding Graduate. Kyle and his wife enjoy raising their three daughters.


Bryant Hull

Broker & Co-owner

Bryant genuinely cares about our clients‘ success and our tenants’ well being. He extended Real Property Management‘s reach to Orange County in 2007 continuing TrueDoor Property Management 25 year history of growth and expansion. Bryant has been in the real estate industry for the past 11 years. Serving as a Loan Officer for five years and participating in hundreds of real estate transactions, Bryant is well versed in the mortgage and real estate world. Bryant not only operates a property management company but is an active real estate investor as well. He has earned a Master degree from the University of Southern California in Real Estate Development and a Bachelors degree from California State University, Fullerton in Communications-Advertising and an Associates Degree from Brigham Young University.


Alisha Gutierrez

Operations Manager

For over 8 years, Alisha has been a significant leader in our company. She started as a Junior Property Manager at TrueDoor Property Management and has moved her way up through the departments and is now our Operations Manager. Alisha is a strong believer in good customer service. She is committed to developing exemplary company protocol and employee procedures in order to secure client satisfaction. Alisha earned her real estate license in 2020 and regularly attends seminars to stay up to date with the industry. When she isn't working you can find her at a LA Rams game, volunteering at church, or spending time with family and friends.


Hendy Kusumadilaga

Sr. Property Manager

Hendy is an experienced property manager having managed large apartment buildings down to the individual home. Hendy has his Real Estate License and after having worked in the industry for over five years, Hendy has seen it all. Hendy loves soccer and billiards and spending time with his friends and family. When he’s not working he can most likely be found watching a Liverpool FC match. Hendy is one of the most friendly people you will ever meet and if you don’t believe us, just ask his dog O’Neill.


Natalie Quinn

Maintenance Manager

Natalie has over 20 years of experience in customer service and has been with the company for over 10 years. Originally from New York, Natalie deals with some of the company's most difficult and time-sensitive situations as the head of the Maintenance Department. Natalie oversees the Maintenance Coordinators to ensure the day to day property maintenance is completed in a timely manner. She also handles the after-hours service line. Natalie is currently working on her Real Estate license. She is happily married and a proud mom of a teenage girl and twin toddler boys. In her spare time, she loves to travel, go to concerts and hang out with her family.


Daniela Gonzalez

Property Admin

Daniela recently joined the TrueDoor team. With over 7 years of experience in Customer Service, Daniela excels at providing customer care, understands that customers are the most important part in any company, which is why she makes sure they are always satisfied. She is a proactive person who is always looking to learn new things. She always puts her 100% in everything because she doesn’t like getting poor results. Daniela loves to spend her free time watching movies, listening to music and traveling.


Alejandro Aguilera

Property Administrator

Alejandro has over 10 years of experience in customer service and several years in technical support. He likes making sure everything gets done in the correct manner. He loves to learn new things at work and in his personal life. He enjoys listening to and playing music, reading, and cats.


Mary Macatangay

Property Administrator

Before being part of the team, Mary had been in the contact center industry for over 10 years providing quality customer service for several big companies in the country. Her keen attention to detail makes her perfect for her role handling lease applications and renewals. Feel at ease asking her for help as she is a gentle soul eager to go the extra mile. Mary also regularly helps with charity work and feeding programs for children and people with disabilities. When she needs to relax, the beach is her happy place.


Mahir Patel

Property Manager

Mahir, a Southern California native and Cal State Fullerton Alumnus, came to TrueDoor from the hospitality industry where he spent 4 years as an Assistant Front Office Manager. Hospitality is where he developed and crafted his customer service skills and became an abstract problem solver. His most recent goals are to obtain a Real Estate License and provide our clients with first-class service. During his downtime, you can find Mahir on a golf course perfecting his game or traveling someplace new with his dog Zeke. Lakes in the summer, Mountains in the winter


Deanne Jordan

Sr Property Manager

Deanne began with TrueDoor Management as a Front Desk Property Administrator. She is now working managing a team as a Sr Property Manager, after obtaining her Real Estate License. She has over 15 years experience working in Customer Service, with an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her young son; where they like to go to Angel’s baseball games and explore sunny Southern California together.


Lane Kutik

Property Administrator

Lane is a graduate of Cal State University Long Beach who joined the team in 2019. As a Communications major, she excels in troubleshooting and customer service and there‘s a chance you’ve spoken with her if you‘ve ever called the front desk. She’s been told she has a delightful phone voice but she doesn‘t believe it. If she’s not at work, she’s probably at Disneyland.


Adriana Garcia

Admin Department Manager

Adriana joined TrueDoor as the accountant and quickly worked her way up to Admin Department Manager. Adriana graduated from Golden West College with an A.A in Liberal Arts. She enjoys going to museums, concerts, but most of all spending time with her family. Adriana oversees that the Admin team is working efficiently to provide accurate information to our clients.


Rylee Ashcraft

Staff Accountant

Rylee is a Southern California native who recently joined our team as our Staff Accountant. Rylee oversees the payment of owners and that all ledgers are correct. She is currently working towards earning her degree. She enjoys spending time with her young family, learning about new cultures and loves to be creative.


Jeff Macatangay

Maintenance Coordinator

Jeff is a Jack of all trades. He has been in the Contact Center industry for over 10 years providing customer service and technical support. He coordinates with owners, tenants, techs, vendors, HOAs and home warranty companies with the same endeavor as anyone inside our office. Jeff enjoys his spare time with his family and regularly helps with charity work and feeding programs for children. Currently hooked to wake boarding, he is also a big gamer and guitar player.


Andrea Santillan

Property Administrator

Andrea has over 10 years of customer service experience, she loves helping others. She works diligently to help our clients and tenants with their questions. She is proactive, always looking to learn new things, and is very detail oriented. In her free time she is obsessed with corgi dogs, she enjoys poetry, good food, music, and spending time with her friends and family.


Jose Gomez

Maintenance Coordinator

Jose grew up in Southern California where he learned the basics of construction. After 8 years working in construction, he began his career in the customer service industry. Jose now works as a maintenance coordinator where he uses both areas of experience to help property owners. In his free time he enjoys traveling the country and listening to music, typically heavy metal.


Diego Delgado

Maintenance Coordinator

Diego has 9+ years of experience in customer service working for companies such as Comcast and At&t. He developed his expertise in the customer service field when he had his own computer/cellphone repair business in 2014. In 2018 he gained experience serving in the assets in the maintenance department for Independence Capital.


Sabrina Del Bello


Sabrina is a Long Beach native and prides herself in that. She attended all Long Beach schools including Wilson High School and Cal State Long Beach. At CSULB she was a captain of the Cross Country and Track team. Sabrina highly values the importance of taking initiative and working hard with a team. Her number one priority is having a clear communicative path between business and customer. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her Basset Hound named Dolly.

Alan Hull has over 30 years of business administration experience in the healthcare industry. He has owned & managed his own rental properties for over 25 years. He brings this unique administrative & management perspective to property management. His goal is to bring his administrative experience to managing rental properties the way he managed businesses.


Richard Mills


Richard has been in customer service for over 12 years. He started in fast food and quickly worked his way into a management position. Richard moved to Southern California 3 years ago for his wife's career. He obtained his real estate license after joining our team as an inspector. When not working Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 dogs at the beach.


Ashley Sanchez

Senior Property Manager

Ashley Sanchez has worked at Orange Tree PM for over 4 1/2 years, holding titles in both Leasing and Maintenance. She now works to evaluate the current performance of the business and strives to improve organizational procedures, increase quality, productivity and efficiency. Her goal is to build long-term relationships and engage with existing clients to ensure that they remain satisfied.

Jeremias Tomas

Property Manager

Jeremias has 9 years of property management experience. He has managed apartment buildings with housing programs for Low Income families, Veterans and Permanent Housing for the homeless communities. He loves learning new things and taking up new challenges. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his 3 sons and 5 dogs, and also enjoys being a traveling videographer.

Maintenance Coordinator

Octavio Marquez supports our Leasing Consultant in all lease transactions by inviting those interested parties to showings, qualifying applicants and ensuring all necessary application documents have been received. Se habla espanol.
